Aga-Tirisano Holding shall allocate a mutually agreed hours per month for consultancy time and that time may be utilised by the client at its discretion as and when the need arise, we advice on any Human Resource Management matters, Labour laws matters and Employee relations matters. Aga-Tirisano Holding will designate a specific consultant to the client so that he/she can understand the nature and complexity of the operations of the client and build a strong relationship. In the absent of an allocated consultant the client will be able to deal directly with the supervisor of the allocated consultant.
Aga-Tirisano Holding and the client will agree on a fixed fee per month, obviously taking into account the size and complexity of the client’s operations.
Should the client at any given month exceed the agreed allocated time, the client will be liable for additional utilised time at an agreed hourly rate. Should the client not utilize more than half of the agreed allocated time, that time will be carried over and as such the client will be liable for half of the fees for the coming month.
The services provided for in the retainer compact will be made available to client on ad hoc basis at hourly rate, subject to minimum of 3 hours.
1. Production enhancement meeting.
2. Performance enhancement meeting
3. Facilitating Shop stewards/Union and Management meeting.
4. Chairing of Disciplinary and Grievance hearing and its appeals
5. Advice the client on general Labour relations matters.
