3. Develop Employment Equity Plans from start to reporting.
4. Development of Skills Development plan.
5. Train line managers on policies.
6. Conduct investigation.
7. Facilitate RBO.
8. Mediation
9. We advice on mutual interest issues
10. Discrimination issues.
11. Facilitate Section 189 and 197 processes.
