AGA-TIRISANO Holding Pty (ltd) is wholly black owned and managed business specialising in Human Resources and Labour Relation Management. The entity operates on the back of a strong team drawn from their expert chosen fields. The human capital in the company is drawn from diversified services areas ranging from, trade unions, private sector, Legal and training services. This enormous mix of substantively specialised knowledge and vast experience positions the organisation to deliver cutting edge and value added services to benefit our clients. Because of sound understanding of Human Resources and Labour Relations Management, Aga-Tirisano Holding is able to offer customized services to meet the needs of the clients. The Director’s profile

The Director has extensive experience in the field of Labour Law, Human Resource Management, Employee Relation Management and Industrial Relation Management and he is an excellent negotiator, facilitator, trainer and internationally accredited mediator. He was a fulltime official of National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa from 1998 to 2007 (9) years and, prior to him employed by the Union, he was a member of National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa National Negotiating Team for 8 years and he was also a board member of Highveld Motor Industry Training Board and Highveld Motor Industry Bargaining Council. The Director left the Union to pursue career in consulting and was a co-founder of a Consulting Company called Transfordex Consulting cc in 2007, which is the forerunner to Aga-Tirisano Holding, subsequently he was head hunted by a private company were he spend 10 years in Employee Relation Manager, Labour Relation Manager and later Human Resource Manager and thereafter joined a corporate entity as Industrial Relations Manager responsible for the entire Manufacturing Cluster. He is also a member of SAUEO.

He is a Human Resources Management graduate from UNISA, and hold postgraduate qualification in Advanced Labour Law from UNISA, as well as qualification on Labour Dispute Resolution Practice from Stellenbosch University a course designed for CCMA Commissioners, he also have a Certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from IMSSA (Independent Mediation Services of South Africa. He is an accredited Mediator of Conflict Dynamics.
