We subscribe that the advent of the 4th Industrial revolution is now surreal, and requires new collaboration between stakeholders for business Excellency. Any adversarial relations will stifle innovation and harm the prospect of success. Companies will need to be both adventurous and flexible at leadership level from Line mangers and shop stewards so that they can be well positioned to drive company’s performance; this can be achieved if space is created for critical engagement on the sustainability and growth path that is beneficial to both parties
